Under a dusting of snow, Inniswood Metro Park reminds me of Narnia. Strolling in the glooming of a quiet winter day, I can imagine catching a glimpse of Lucy and Mr. Tumnus.
This spark of magic is possible because, unlike other Columbus Metro Parks, Inniswood is relatively free of noise pollution. Tucked into a residential area, Inniswood is shielded from major highways and roads. Add the fact that is is truly a garden, and Inniswood becomes a special place.
These Inniswood photos were taken in late afternoon just after Christmas 2020.
